New PayPal limited
 

I got my new PayPal limited.
There was 4 sales from eBay.
New IP, new user.

They wanted documents. My PayPal is a stealth setup.
Any recommendations on the ID submission?

Did you prime the account properly before you started selling?
What were the amounts and the items sold?
Are they asking only for docs? or are there any other items theyre asking for you to fulfill?

I believe i primed it properly with a fresh VPN(from 24vc) and new user computer.

The amount range from $6-15. House hold item.

They are asking for:
1) Proof of ID
2) business information
3) Proof of fulfilment
4) provide purchase receipt from my supplier

I have 3 and 4. they are from big reputable company.
The main issue is 1. I am not sure where I can get an "ID"

Priming it means you create a history for it for a week - on a new device using a solid IP solution. Just getting the device and an IP and jumping right into listing items is NOT the way to go about it.
You still havnt told us what sort of items you were selling but Im getting the feeling I already know the answer... Do tell us though.

I agree with Slokor about the priming.

What I do before I even start selling on a new account is spending a few minutes browsing and searching up random items. I add them to my watch list, and even place bids on a couple items. I continue to do this over a week or two without listing anything.

The reasoning is that this is what a "normal" new user would do in eBay's eyes.

This type of activity "primes" the account and builds cookies on your IP. Once enough browsing activity is accumulated, only then I will list my first item.
