Paypal limited - French & Netherlands
 

All of these paypals are stealth (incorrect information, some have phone numbers linked which I don't have access to, meanwhile some don't have any phone numbers linked). I am wondering how it would be possible to get the money out of the accounts.

Information about the accounts:

-> 180 days has passed (accounts created 2015/2016)
-> All my accounts, not hacked however have been limited.

If anyone can aid me on getting the money out that would be greatly appreciated.

Problems getting bank accounts for them? Are your pp accounts in France or...elsewhere?

Paypal accounts are from france majority yes.

just find a bank that accept withdraw with mismatch name then use that in all limited paypal

The only way to get your funds out are to attach a bank account from the country on which the paypal account is registered.
If you do not have that the money is as good as gone.
In the future take that into account and plan accordingly when you manage stealth accounts.
