£300 Stuck in french paypal account

180 Days have passed and i tried to add my UK bank to my french paypal to withdraw my money however when i go to request confirmation code a message appears every time with 'we cannot process your request at the moment, please try again later'.

Is there any other way for me to withdraw my money without having to open a french bank account?

In the UK, I don't think there is any other way than with a bank.

OP, you can only add a UK bank to a UK PayPal. For your French PayPal, it has to be a bank from the Eurozone.
