Bank add error after 180 days
 

Hello, I have an old PP account with around 600 inside, i have been trying to add a bank account as the one on the account was closed, and im getting the same error saying we cant process your request, please try again later every time. I've waited 72 hours im between trying it, i even phoned paypal and they tried to take a credit check via equifax on the address on file, and obviously i didn't answer the questions correctly because everything is false.

I have spoken to some members who have said call USA paypal and ask, has anyone got any other ideas on what i can do to add the bank account, as it allows me to withdraw but refuses obviously because the account on file is closed.

Try again to call paypal USA to add bank. It worked for me before when I called paypal USA to add different country bank. Last time I did it was last year.
You need to speak to limitation department phase 2

and never call paypal..if you are using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info of yoir account.

You just get a credit report and background report for the account info, then call. By such kind of action you will bypass the verification and will be able to withdraw

Thats not how it works, as the name is completely made up. I did manage to get all the money out in the end, i waited around 15-20 days and randomly tried adding a bank and it went through, i withdrew all of it.

You mean that the name was totally f.ake, such as generated? In such case, it's a big problem and you're lucky that you could withdraw

But in case that name is for real person, this successfully works.
