PayPal asking for me to "Confirm my Location"?

Hi,

Not sure if i can post this here but PayPal asked me to confirm my location for my limited stealth account. They accepted all the docs I sent but all I need to do is confirm my location. Contacted customer service and they said all my logins were using a hosting IP address and i need to login via my home IP address at least 3 times.

How can I do this without using my actual home internet?

In the UK if that helps. Also tried using dedicated IP via PureVPN, did not work.

Do I need to use a residential IP?

Ideally yes, or a mobile broadband (via tethering or a dongle)
