Stealth paypal limited for tax purposes
 

Anybody know if and when it resets for 2019? I tried listing on 1/1/2019 but probably tried too soon. Hoping they do reset cuz I'm an idiot and let 3 accounts get the tax limit and they're all established and aged

I got "seems like something is missing" and it was paypal email. Eventhough at the bottom of the listing page it shows the paypal email addy.

Ok where it said "paypal address" I clicked it and it said can't use this email at this time. Hope that just means s it didn't reset yet.

This happened to me 2 years ago.. didn't have any accounts that went over the limit this past year but it is sometime within the first few weeks of January if I remember correctly. I do remember I got the same message when I tried to relist right after the new year.

That's actually good to hear. I wouldn't mind as much if it was a new account but all 3 of em are power seller accounts that been built up for over a yr. How do ya know when you're good to go?

You don't get any official notice when you can list again, and a lot of the time the limitation notification doesn't even go away. The only way to know for sure when you are good to go is to try and list.

You keep trying until it lets you list :)

I would try once every 3/4 days.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe once a wk. As long as it eventually goes through I'm happy

It will eventually reset. PayPal isn't all that great at keeping to time

Or it will not reset and you will have to send in documents. Curious to how this will sort out.

I would have thought it would auto reset.

Otherwise a lot of people in the USA would have to send in Docs.

The same scenario would apply to us guys in the EU.

Only the 4th of January - hope it sorts out soon - Paypal isn't known for its speed on taking action...
