How does PayPal match address? Full match or partial?
Here's my situation.
I have an account that's almost 10 years old (real info, sent in documents, limitation lifted, but I abandoned this account long time ago)
I also got 6 other PayPal accounts with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/address (also abandoned, 1 of them is limited with $0 balance).
All 7 of these accounts have same house number/zip code.
If I get a new account and put all real info this time but using same house number/zip code as before, will PayPal find out about the other accounts I have? Keep in mind that my nearly 10 year old account has the same info.
What are the chance that PayPal will let me use the new account if I send in my documents and stuff and they happen to link my accounts? |
