First Time Being Temp Limited in a LONG Time
 

Only had this happen once before. This is a small account that I hardly use and only have $82 in so I'm not sweating it too much but would still like to resolve this. I had plans of expanding this account in the future.

It seems like it's giving me the option to confirm a bank, verify address (by utility bill I assume), or confirm identity/upload photo ID. The time this happened to me a few years ago I uploaded a utility bill. At the time I uploaded my power bill. For the location this account is in, I can't upload my power bill. Will a cable/internet service bill work? I assume it would but wanted to consult here before I do anything.

There should be a list of all the documents that PayPal deem acceptable in the upload interface

I’m sure a cable bill would be fine

Would just the company logo and my address field portion of the bill be acceptable? B/c I have a different phone number and the return address of the company is in a different state than the stealth. Also, if they don't accept the bill do I have another chance to confirm the account by one of the other options or am I screwed if I get turned down?
