Just got Limited. I need help, please!
 

I don't know how to feel, I'm literally on the verge of depression. My PayPal got limited a few weeks ago, due to some guy I was trading cryptocurrency with. I sent him $100 in BTC, and he sent $115 in PayPal back. Next thing I know, he charges back the amount and I get temp limited. I'm fully compliant, pay my fees, submit my legal documents, and now I'm permanently limited even though I've never done anything illegal. I really need some help, should I start making a stealth? Resolve the situation? I have over $350 in balance over there, and not being able to use a PayPal account for the rest of my life is really stressing me out. Please help me out.

If everything is legit on your part, and you have them all of your real data/ID numbers and all that, I would try to resolve the situation and call PayPal. But I would also begin making stealth accounts, because what ever they then say, you will still be able to sell. Don’t let them get you down. PayPal is a company that does what ever they like, sadly. No one is really safe on there, I have heard horror stories, like people having earned a larger amount of money in their own name, being legit and proven everything to PayPal, and still eBay took 20k from them and banning them. I have even heard of people were PayPal just went into their back account, because they had it attached to their PayPal, and they just took money from there without giving a reason. I myself have seen money disappear just like that, and nothing was written in my PayPal account about it, so it literally just disappears, thankfully it was a very small amount, so I just bit in the apple sort of speak. Never have too much money in one PayPal account.

That's terrible to hear. I'll try and talk it out with them, even though my appeal has been denied once. Do you think it's possible I can still get it undone? Perhaps I could get a sympathetic rep...

I truly hope you do. I would definitely try and I wish you the best of luck. But one advice from one seller to another, never put your eggs in one basket, always have many baskets.

He sent you a dirty transfer and got the money back to scam someone else.

Account is most likely toast as they used you for a Middle man, hence the chargeback.

All of the accounts in that 'ring' as well as your own is toasted since it was fraud in paypals eyes.

keywords in the message section also tend to be major reason that can trigger a suspension.

I would recommend that you start right here, you simply get the stealth guide, I bought it 5 years ago when it was just an ebook, but I think it is a subscription now, but I am not sure. But I can tell you I learned it from the stealth guide here, read it many times, and ask questions, no matter how silly, but search for the questions beforehand, because I think most topics has been written about. It was well worth it. I was so sadden back when I lost my eBay account, I did not lose my PayPal, but I did lose my eBay site, so I was very depressed, I was making $1000 a week, so it was a big blow. I was soooo depressed, but then I luckily stumbled upon the stealth guide, and I took a chance, thought it could never hurt as much as I was hurt, and that did it, and Now I am back never been depressed about it since then, so I can truly recommend it. And I truly thank the people behind the guide, because they did an amazing job. I was also lucky to find a woman that made a video guide, like a tutorial one could follow along with, so it was very easy for me to learn it. I do not think the video guide is sold anymore, or I haven’t come upon it since. And thanks to her, I am stealth at making my own stealth. And thanks to aspkin for being an awesome forum for all the peoples questions and answers, because they help too.

Really sprry this happened, I know how you feel. I'm going through something similar just not with eBay or Paypal , but I hear you.

The GOOD news is that with the ebay stealth you can always make a new paypal account. THe guide is a subscription of $19 right now, then you have this forum to give you more specialized support.

I encourage you to at least give the guide a try asap while you work on your current paypal limitations

Just got an update. It's final. I can't get unlimited. I'm on the verge of tears because I will never get to have a genuine PayPal account again. I can't believe I'm saying this, it was over something so stupid. This may genuinely affect my life.

Don't let this get you down - the amount held will likely be available to you in 180 days.

Read through the forum +/- get the guide and work on stealth accounts

You just got an asshole for a tech support... Try again and again and again... You may find a HUMAN BEING eventually there...

It sucks (Been through it myself, was limited for even less money than you, 3$, imagine my anguish... Got it recovered, thankfully), but you gotta continue trying, because you provided the right docs and the account should be verified as yours...

Don't give up, use Twitter/Facebook/Mail to dispute that permaban... I've seen those bans being lifted before, so it's bull**** they can't do anything about it...

Thank you. I'll try and call them every day, message them on all forms of social media. Perhaps a revert is possible :)
