PayPal permanent limitations
 

Hi,

Was wondering if perhaps anyone could shed any light for me, I've had a PayPal account now for around 6 months, fully verified sent all my documents etc. It's all my real information, I haven't sold on eBay but I have sold some handmade items through social networking sites and accepted all payments as goods and services, i've never had any cases or even returns where I needed to refund, but tonight I received an email stating my account has a permanent limitation, I suppose I'm wondering why this would have happened and is there even any point in contacting them to remove this limitation as from what I read permanent is permanent....

It'll be the items sold that have caused the permanent limitation. You'll need to be a bit more forthcoming about what you were selling if you want a more detailed answer. Might be worth reading Paypal's T&Cs to see if what you were selling is in line with their user agreement.

If you really have no idea at all why it was closed, I'd give them a call and ask. Most reps won't give you a straight answer but some are more helpful than others.

paypal holding our funds for 5 months. it mean they had taken loan from us without profit for 6 months.and that is the key of paypal
