Not selling digital, Paypal thinks I am
 

Had two of my 5 paypals limited last week asking for Proof of Fullfillment and picture ID and supplier invoices. They seem to think I am selling digital but I am NOT. Net net though is I have no picture ID to get past that. I can prove my items are not digital and have been shipped with tracking.

So I am losing two paypals and have $500 in one and $250 in the other, The $500 has bank attached the other doesn't and is completely bogus info (bought on here).

Was going to call them but no phone listed anywhere on paypal and the chat function is a robot.

And where might that be, talked to the Italian guy and he did nt have templates for the state I am in. A nice suggestion or link will get you a prize.
