How do I know paypal limit has been lifted?

I tried withdrawing to my bank a couple days ago, but the transaction was denied and I find out my account was limited this morning and paypal requested only an ID. I did so and sent a copy of my ID and noticed the message, in the notification bell, no longer says I'm limited. The notification simply disappeared. The funds in the account is green and available. Does this mean the limit is lifted or will paypal notify me in a few days time?
I was reading through the forums and someone said I should know shortly after submitting the ID whether the account is in good standing or not. Can anyone help me with this?

If the limitation in paypal has gone, then all is now good.

They don't always send emails with an outcome anymore.

That's great news! Should I wait a day or two before trying to withdraw again?

I usually let an account 'settle' for a while after a limitation, so I would say yes as that's what I do.

There is a particular limitation I have received often lately where they just require an ID, and the process seems to be automated because as soon as I submit a scan of the ID the limitation is lifted and I am able to withdraw.

Why not wait more than a day or 2? 3-7 days is even better.

What makes it better? Why not act like a normal user and withdraw when you can?

Just curious.
