paypal limited and now negative 700

my europe stealth paypal was recently limited because i tried to add entropay vcc and soon after limitation it got negative as a buyer try to scam me for selling steam game accounts and now it negative 700$
it dont have my details so i am thiking to dump it as i tried to send proof to paypal but they didnt listen to me and sided with scam buyer :rant:
