Whatever you do.....

If you manage multiple paypal stealths, and you let it sit and not sell anything after a month, no matter the the amount paypal will limit your account. I have never seen such a gay company in my life. not everyone is gonna sell stuff every month.

Quite possibly although there are other factors that could be responsible for such limitations.

I called twice for EACH account, THEY ALL SAID "ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T SOLD ANYTHING IN A WHILE AND ITS JUST A ROUTINE SECURITY CHECK"

And yes both limitations came almost immediately after the sale.
