Submitting docs for PP

Hi everybody. Need your advice!

PP asked for ID, receipts.
What is the best way to send it - using my usual VPS access, find some real IP (although not in state of PP registration) or fax it?

Should I call them after submitting? I still have active GV for some years with this account.

You should go on resolution center on paypal and upload what they want. After that you do not need to call, they will review and inform you withing 1 working day usually.
