Please help, never received limitation email

I was limited but I never received an email saying that I was. Just don't want to wait 6 months & my money not released. Do I need to tell pp that I won't be submitting documents?

If the account is limited the timer starts ticking whether or not you received an email.
Be sure to look at the limitation itself and what theyre asking for - perhaps you can give them what theyre asking for and gain the account back.
