Default authority and licensing agreement. wth...

Hi all,

I have an eBay account registered since Aug 2008. It has been completely verified and upgraded to Premium Account. I also have a Master Card of PayPal.

I took a look at eBay software section and found hundred of sellers selling activation key with a very cheap price.windows vista , office , norton, kaspersky, the sim 3,etc. I guess they are from... Some sellers have sold more than 4000 items. A light came up , I contacted some wholesalller in China to buy norton internet security with a cheap price , for bulk. And I did it , I sold $800 to $1000 per day. Soon after that, my account has been limited after 2 days. I tried to submitted everything they asked. ID,Bank statement,Proof of address, invoice and supplier contact info, ssn. I took suppllier contact info from an authorized reseller of norton in china and made a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice ( perfect, look exactly the real ). But then then sent me an emal.
Please provide a letter of authority from the original copyright owner and
copy of the licensing agreement which states you have the authority to
duplicate and distribute the product you are selling
This's really stupid. They called them and they told if i sell more than 1 , i have to have the licensing agreement and authorit, bla bla bla. I asked them do other sellers have it or not ? They sold more than 3k items activation key. Do you believe that. They told me they have been reviewer . I surrendered , have to wait 180 days.

That light has gone. What should i do now ? I'm thinking about try again on a new account. But what will happen if they lock again and I cant pass the review. I have read the ebaystealth but it still can not help me.

Really confused and needing help.

Welcome to the forum.
Your flag is for the country where you live, not the country where you list. changed it to help you.
The items you sold are subject to IP rights. Think vero. Unless you can get permission to sell them, then you are out of luck. Don't base your selling on what other sellers do. That fails big time. As for starting again and selling the same stuff? Silly idea. You will get limited again. You need to find an item that will sell fine not one that will make thousands. Those days are over with ebay.

Thank you thank you very much.

My flag showed VN because I'm taking a vacation in VN. I called them after the first day i listed and eBay locked my account because I listed in VN. After verified , they unblocked and I start selling. I did not sell expensive items. Just $13 $14 but I provide high quantity. I don't know I can sell anything else. I'm really want to know how other sellers selling stuffs like me passed the review. What if I sell less. $200 $300 per day and should I withdraw small amount everyday? I feel I'm out of my way . Please help me get back.

Since PayPal usually check when I withdraw. Should I use CCNow or something like that to avoid limitation ?
