Temporary limited, can I use same iphone and wifi?
 

My pp account just got temporarily limited and paypal is asking for my SSN which is banned. The limitation was triggered because I refunded a customer, and paypal did an echeck from my bank account for the refund instead of using money in my paypal balance. (You can't use your paypal balance to send money without identity conformation) Anyways, i've been through this before and I have another account that's verified & ready to use. Can I still use the same iphone Xs on the same wifi connection that my account just got temporarily limited on??? Please let me know if I really need to get a device to use or if I can somehow still use this same iphone Xs.

So paypal wont even let a refund go through from paypal anymore?

I'm guessing the limitation came when the eCheck came from the bank and PP saw that there was a mismatched name? That is really unfortunate if so. You would think they would allow a refund to occur if the money you were refunding came from the customer.

Might be able to use a prepaid card though because you can still make purchases with one?

That is not true, I have 5 paypals and 2 let me buy, ship and pay fees with paypal balance.
