Temp Limit Question
 

Been trying to find the answer to this question for weeks now.

Temp limit- also known as "soft limit" I think.

Gives me the option to upload utility bill or confirm bank account- few other options too I think but these are the ones I can do.

Tried to upload utility bill- apparently wasn't accepted although I never received any notification. It's been 3 weeks now.

So my question is can I confirm a bank account to restore access? I don't want to waste a bank account on this PP account if I have to get them to accept a utility bill too.

Yes and all I want to know is if I confirm bank account will limitation be removed? Or does a utility bill have to be approved as well? Simple question but seems like nobody knows the answer.

When I encountered this same type of soft limit years ago it seems that all I had to do was upload a utility bill. But it's been so long I don't remember. And apparently this utility bill on the account I'm having problems with now wasn't accepted.

Will confirming a bank account remove the limit? That's literally all I want to know people.

To my knowledge it will not remove the limitation

you need to go to the section requests necessary documents in PayPal
and perform all the items they ask for
only in this way you withdrawal limit
