Paypal asking for info

Paypal Limited my account and im asked to provide invoices for 4 of the items i recently sold which i dont have. so i told them i got them from craigslist and they just told me to provide the listing number from craigslist. i can just get a listing of the item on craigslist however not sure if this will work since the item is still up and running. im thinking maybe there's a way to get the completed listings on craigslist? can someone help please? thanks

Being that Craigslist is partially owned by ebay (unless I'm misinformed), PP would have very little trouble checking your claim about where you obtained your items.

It's too late to back out and give a different story now.

Thanks Vicvelcro. is there any way around this?

Vicvelcro 08-01-2009 11:10 PM

Find somebody on CL that is selling whatever you need the invoices for. Ask them to back up your story.

Thanks Vicvelcro, i can just list the item on craigslist and provide the posting # and a number to paypal, do you think this will work? not sure...

Wonder if downloading one of those free Word Invoice templates and making your own would work?

"Wonder if downloading one of those free Word Invoice templates and making your own would work? "

Where do you find this?

Vicvelcro 08-09-2009 11:11 PM

The homepage for Microsoft Office. Free templates. Other sites have free templates, as well.

Sweeeeeet...

It should go without saying:

Make some adjustments. Don't use straight out of the can.

But there, I said it anyhow.

Also, the better templates can be located via google investigation. Find the templates that suit YOUR purposes best. That's why I didn't name any specific 3rd party sites. Different ones for different circumstances.
