Before I get this temporarily limited removed should this be a good opportunity to fix errors in creation like Phone number, Address

No. It's generally harder to change any account info when your account is limited.

Not a good idea. Much better to lift that limitation first before changing any details on the account. It might flag something on their system, so i won't do that.
