Paypal permanently limited -- how do i go about creating a new paypal? (Canada)
 

Hi guys -- my paypal was limited for 180 days
For my business I require paypal to recieve payments..
I can get access to a new bank account and a new credit card, as well as a VPN -- however how can i go about changing my address for paypal?

Im looking to have no traces back to my old account to prevent me from getting limited again -- please help

New IP
New Card/Bank
New Address
New Name
New PC/VMware/VirtualBox, etc.
Everything must be different from your previous account.
Much better if you create more than 3 stealth accounts. Spread your sales with those. Scale up slowly.

How can i change my address??

I dont want to make up a random address and then if they ask for proof im ****ed..

is there something I can do with an LLC?

I just dont understand why this is a reoccuring cost of 19.95?

isnt it just an ebook and should be a one time payment..

If they ask for proof then make it from a utility bill with paint or photoshop.
They will only ask for utility bill if they want address verification

Actually with new Canadian laws they're asking for proof of residence but by showing a tax return receipt, Canadian school financial statement or student record statement, its not as easy as showing a utility and a photo ID. Unless you can get that then you'll eventually lose the new account. I have a total of 8 stealth accounts from Canada and 2 of them are already asking for this information, nothing has changed, not even the amounts that come in. Good luck
