Using real details
 
My PP was banned a couple years ago for receiving money from a stealth to withdraw which is obviously stupid. My question is, could i try making a new PP with my real name, but different address, bear in mind i never sent in documents for my old one because i was under-age anyway.

You would be fine doing that. Chances of being linked would be extremely low to nil.

What about ebay aswell? I was banned 4-5 yrs ago for vero. I think I'd get linked through ebay, as i still use my buyer account
