Hello
I have a limited paypal account. Now I am trying link a bank account but it asks for verify by phone call and I don't have that phone.

How can I link a bank account can you help me?

We used to say : add a new phone number to your account, wait several weeks for the new number to show up as a verification option, then receive the verification text or call. I'm not sure if that still works but it's worth a try.
