Can not add bank account
 

I have a limited stealth Canadian PP. Now withdrawal is available.
At first when I tried to add a Canadian bank account it asked for a phone call. Then I tried a different browser and when I tried the bank account now it says:

"We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."

What should I do?

Sounds like a security block I have dealt with on accounts recently. I don't know a way around it. Called Paypal about it and they said be patient and try again later but it's been a few months now. I'm chalking the accounts up as losses and moving on. Seems like a new way of Paypal stealing your money.

Next time you need to try and add a bank account WHILE the account is limited.
