Today I got a first sale on an eBay stealth and PayPal limit and ask me to provide id

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately this can happen if the item is high risk, or transaction amount too high.

What did you sell?

ID requests don't necessarily mean you did anything wrong, but can be PayPal's routine verification process. Nearly every account will get hit with the ID request sooner or later in it's life cycle. That said, I have some stealth PayPal's that have been taking in payments for years without a single ID or doc request. It's not the same for everyone.

Are you selling High Risk Items?
Or what are your activities that may trigger that request of ID?
Anyways, that's the easiest soft limitation to lift.

No I Just sold a small gadget, I really hope that is easy

Just the VERY first item, and you got limited?
Did you create that account by yourself? You should have established it first before you list high risk items such electronics.

in fact nowadays it may not help, they normally can keep blocking the acc using their f***ing formula:
"After reviewing your PayPal account, we've determined there to be excessive risk involved in doing business with you and we'd like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business."
Anyway anything can be risky from their point of view

The Paypal account you used for your new Ebay stealth account,is it linked to another Ebay account which is suspended?

get a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id or move on and create a new account only takes about 15 mins to create a new account or pay someone for an id.
