Is there any way to get funds out of limited PayPal accounts?

I've read the various ways that people have been able to withdraw the money out of their PayPal accounts before the full 180 days on these limited accounts were served.

All of them for me at least have come up as dead ends. I've got almost $9,000 tied up on my first three accounts that were limited one month ago from today. I got until October 5th before those accounts are restored or eligible for withdrawal. I got a couple of other accounts where there's over a $1,000 tied up in them.

I'm planning on going into stealth once I can gain more funds to pay for those stealth accounts.

I still want to know if there's a way to get those funds out though. I've tried a lot of things that just aren't working for me like contacting BBB (Better Business Bureau), all kinds of emails to important addresses, and even contacted the Attorney General.

I know that but the whole reason why I asked this question was to find out from people who have been able to withdraw their funds before 180 days. I heard a lot of people get their money out in 45 days.

Sometimes PayPal will release a percent of the balance for withdrawal over the course of the 180 days.

This is done automatically every 30 days. But in most cases it’s the full 180 day wait

I have the same problem, but don't think there is a way to get them before these 180 days.

I did hear about but it looks like in my case I don't qualify for that as I think I just crossed the first 30 days since they put the hold on my accounts on April 8th.

the 180 days is to protect Paypal in case of chargebacks, may be those who get it in 45 days, their issue is not chargeback, the source of the fund is not from credit card and/or purchase of goods and services!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly and that's the problem it's plain wrong and for that reason, I want my money out of those accounts if possible.

Does anybody know a hack for this or anything? I'll pay I'm so desperate at this point to not wait the full 180 days.

No hack, Once you have used all your appeals and they make the final decision you just have to sit and wait.

Going forward spread your sales across multiple ebay accounts and try not to leave any money in any paypal.

Yep, it looks like I'll have to let PayPal win this battle and make interest off my account until October.

I don't do eBay but I get what you're saying and I'm definitely withdrawing my money with the quickness on the new PayPal accounts. By withdrawing I'm slowly but surely getting my funds back up.

Hi I had a PayPal Limited for suspicious activity as I was selling on Facebook and taking gifts for payment
They held £420
After about 7 weeks I received an email stating that my funds were available!
I think it’s about the risk of chargebacks which in the U.K. can be brought up in 180 days with Visa or MasterCard.
So if you have had a good few sales on Ebay the risk is greater than the situation I was in which was receiving F&F gifts.
I am new as of yesterday to this and thank you for having me.
I have found on iPad iphone if you delete the PayPal app and reinstall it and sign up or in with a new account it thinks it’s a new device. If you keep changing accounts on the same App they catch you out and you get Restricted due to suspicious activity!!!
This used to work on the Ebay App too and I cannot be sure it still does???
I definitely know Ebay are getting cleverer than they were a few months ago!!!
I definitely think they get you on your IP and iphone as it gives a MAC/iOS address off and the device details.
I have just opened a new Ebay after one after another was suspended.
I am just using DuckDuckGo browser and a VPN
You have got to keep using a new number when they send you a code to confirm your number Before you are able to list an item.
I am now using the Ebay App and have set my search engines to DuckDuckGo and I am regularly clearing the cache and history even if it doesn’t matter.
I have used Ebay and PayPal for 12 years now.
I have never ripped anyone off and my problems are I admit that I don’t pay my bills!!! I have taken the Piss in that aspect and I have had a new Ebay account for 16 days and started with 10 or £650 and rang yesterday and I have been upped to 100 £3800 a month which is more than comfortable for me and my inventory.
I have joined the forum to pass my knowledge to you and I have already gained some knowledge too!!!
You can never know enough and we all know that their systems will always evolve and we have got to be a couple of steps ahead
I don’t like these companies that are not bothered about all the Counterfeit goods on sale while they sit with companies in Tax Havens.
PayPal U.K. uses Ireland and is based in Luxembourg.
I think Ebay is Luxembourg too?
I believe USA Ebay is The Virgin Islands??? A British colonial island lol

They will release your funds exactly 5 months from the date and time the account was limited.

Sad thing to know now is when you made the PayPal accounts and signed you accepted their conditions, that gave PayPal freedom to do what they wanted.

why 5 months and not 6 months, chargeback is 180 days.
Some foreign transactions can come in after 180 days,
may be those who got their money in less than 180 days have proofs that the buyers have received the item, left good feedback and they have a good track record of selling and the amount involved is small
