paypal limet enable add a bank
 

hi anyone can advise me about this issue.
i buy stealth paypal account from bitfy website in 2016 .that time i was new in online field.
account was limet in 2017 and there was 200$+ in that account.
i got email in 2018 to withdraw money from it.
the problem is now i cant add any visa card or bank,many of time i called to paypal but they also tole me last option to sending a check on my paypal stealth address .
if i m trying to add any bank the system sending me a code on 1st register mobile no that is not in my use.

$200 in US Dollars? If so there's nothing you can do.

You need to start building up a browser profile for this account.

Login in every day for two weeks from the same browser, then you should be able to add a new phone number. Keep logging in for another two weeks and you should be able to remove the old one. And then finally another two weeks of loving in you should be able to add a new bank.

IF OP is able to get a USA bank account in the first place. I'm assuming this is a US account since he said "$" but maybe I'm wrong.
