Closing paypal
 

I am trying to close the account of a limited pp from the menu but there is a message that say : there is an issue try later ,
Is there any other method for close it?

Its a secret ( jocking)
I want try an experiment shift the good eBay acc attached to it to a new PayPal account .
and close this one to avoid further checking and find eventually other connected eBay accounts
--this is all in my mind maybe just a story but I believe so

It won't work. That's the reason they won't let you close a limited account.

Even if it was possible and the account was closed all the details would still be in their database. Just cause an account is closed doesn't mean they delete the information related to it from their system meaning you could still get linked to it is you were to use the same info from it on a new account.

PayPal is required by law for tax purposes and other business purposes to retain records of all payment transactions, usually for 7 years.

Aside from the payment transaction data (history), most any entity that deals with financial (such as PayPal) keep your personal info pretty much indefinitely. The "personal info" being your name, address, phones, SSN/DOB, etc. Information that may be considered old or irrelevant for internal use may need to be retained to comply with the laws in your jurisdiction or industry.

Closing your account does nothing in regard to this.

Nope wont work.

You kill someone, case is closed, but it doesn't mean it disappears. =)

No, PayPal have complete control because of the limitation.
