Hi guys. Can i get limited to paypal. I'm planning to make new account i will buy dedicated IP from IP Burger. then i will use new bank account that not linked but still my name and address. It's possible that my account will be limited again? Thankyou

Not a great plan you’re going to get yourself closed down again.
