Paypal account restored. What can I do with it?
 

So my eBay account was permanently restricted from selling. I'm a legitimate seller that got a few trademark violations over the course of 8 months. About a day later my Paypal account was given a 180 day warning from being terminated and I was told I was banned from it for life. After many calls and being told I was never going to get back on, what I did is email them. About 30 days into the ban I got my account restored by threatening legal action.

Now what can I do with this Paypal account? I'm still suspended from eBay...:faint:

If I tried to link it to another eBay account i'm guessing it wouldn't work right?

It would work short term but then eBay would link it to your other eBay account and apply the same restriction to both.

You'll be linking all your accounts together and get restricted eventually.

Man, you were lucky as hell to get your account restored honestly especially in just 30 days. I'm right at almost 60 days still with another 120 days to go before I get restored. I threatened them too and even went to BBB and attorney general and I'm still stuck waiting. It makes me upset when I hear people getting their accounts restored before 180 days but I also feel happy for those people who don't got to suffer like me.

If I was in your position I would be so happy because I got $9k stuck in there and I withdraw it with the quickness.

If you want to keep accepting payments on PayPal then you need to go stealth or go get an LLC and operate as a business. Your name is forever dead with PayPal.
