eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Why PayPal limit us 180 days?

I am just using comics as an example,most people do not realise comics can be high risk but it is.
you need to understand ecommerce and the use of credit cards and chargeback rules.

Do you know how hard is to advertise your website? and also costly... people go on ebay to buy this kind of stuff...

Well Paypal is not a bank so the 180 day hold is arbitrary.

chargebacks usually come within 180 days,thats why
