After the 180 day limitation is up.

I was wondering if after the 180 days is up from a PayPal limitation, do you then get to use the account again?

If they do allow you to use the account again can you get away with using it on a different ebay account than it was used on before if you use a different email address for accepting payment?

I don't think so though I haven't got limited for quite some time.

After the 180 days you are done. Fini.

It is rare to get re-instated.

As he said, after 180 days they send you a cheque or withdraw money to the bank account on file, then close the door on your ass.

1 chance in a million you'll be able to use it again.

No chance of using the account again. Why would you want to use it in any case. It is tainted. No good anymore for ebay.
