Money tied up in limited PayPal
 

So one of my main accounts has been limited for a little while now and I sold some items on a site that automatically sent my money to the limited PayPal. This account is limited and only capable of receiving money and adding a bank/card. In order to unlock it, they are requesting a picture of a photo ID and a picture of the front of the SSN card. Any suggestions? I wouldn't object to closing the account if I can withdraw the money in 180 days.

if it can be done,ask your sender to file item not received,or UA?
THEN he will get the money back and send it again

I once received a payment to my limited temporary paypal but was able fortunately still able to issue a refund to the buyer.
