Use real name in PayPal account?

In 2017, I got my account with real info banned. Since then, I use completely real info on new PayPal account and everything is ok.
But now, I want to use PayPal with real name with my real info again. I don't want to get problem while receive money from trusted company and want to withdraw to bank like normal guy did. The problem is PayPal already got a lot of info from account that I got banned.
If I open new account with real info. Will PayPal be able to find it again?

They will not find outright, but if u start receiving like constant or high payments, and you're into the stage of being asked for confirmation documents - ID, proof of addy, etc., That's the time they can link you with your suspended account(s). Same happened with mine, and it took like 6months before they catch up.

The only answer is "possibly". That's why stealth exists - to avoid reusing old info that pp can hold forever...
