Refused transfer to bank/ wants ID

So I have a stealth acct that the 180 days were up and had a small amount in it $250, new acct that hadn't sole much, so I attached spare bank acct to it and paypal refused the transfer and wants ID.

FIRST time this has happened?

Any hope of getting money

Seems like this trend has been hitting a few ppl here and there - you used the same computer user account as when you were using the paypal account before when it was active?

not good enough for a restricted account.
180 days is 6 months,thats a long time,so they want to be sure it is you!

i dnt think after 180 days they need id,the notification on icon u can see,but it does not mean now they are asking ids.
u need to wait 3 to 5 days and then try to withdraw

After 180 days, if your account was never fully verified before, there are very good chances that they ask you first your ID before authorizing the payment. In some cases, even if it has been already done in the past, they can still ask.

Waited 3 weeks and tried again and transfer went through.

They wanted me to provide ID to transfer to bank on a stealth acct, wasn't going to spend any money on documents for $250, so I didn't, tried next day same thing, waited 3-4 weeks and the transfer went through.
