avoid limitations buy starting small growing big. But with usa accounts its pointless cause they will toast u before u even get to 200 items lol

use dedicate ip.dnt take big transition in beginning ,do not try to login and login .and many more other tips u can find

It's risky and tricky. If you have your own photos, receipts, invoices, etc
You can.

But it doesn't mean they won't ask you to prove validity
