180 days listen to this....
 

So my account was limited (not closed) i just never uploaded docs. confirmed with bank and prepaid card.

I couldn't withdraw (some security block) but the rep said they could manually force a check to the address on file. I said ok try. Rep comes back says my address isnt confirmed. So is a prepaid card like a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address confirmation? How is my address not confirmed when both a bank and prepaid card where attached and confirmed....thanks

I don't think so, I think the only way to do that is to upload documentation. I covered this in a old thread with "KnowTheGame" that you posted in a few weeks ago. Jenny9091 is the only person I know who is still having success withdrawing checks I'm not sure if that's just luck or what.

confirming address and verifying your account,unless Paypal has made changes-
your account is verified if you have linked a bank account and prove so by verifying the 2 deposits they made to your bank account
your account is confirmed if you add a credit card and AVS confirms the address on that card.
what kind of address can a prepaid card have??

does it have the address of the cardholder?
This is probably why Paypal said they cant confirm your address.

then you just answer your own question,Paypal does not mail a check to unconfirmed address.

Maybe when prepaid cards started showing up as prepaid cards in PP wallets, Paypal silently "shadow unconfirmed" all of the accounts who'd confirmed their address with prepaid cards and also made it where future accounts confirmed with prepaid cards aren't really confirmed.

Your right. The rep even said it after I called again and asked. Prepaid cards DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS. Glad this is solved.
