Ebay Stealth account: Just want to know when i become fully verified Bank added verified , credit card added, confirm location by phone verification, limits lifted

Is there anyway paypal can limit my account after all this ? surely they should be happy with everything ? This is a UK Paypal account am talking about ?

And it is paypal as well. Yes. Any account in any country could be limited:pout Many accounts do not escape the limitation.

i think there should be a sticky on the top of the page explaining that being limited is perfectly normal and it will happen to every account sooner or later especially if you dont verify your ss# at first

like above poster said..very few if any escape account limitation
