Problem with Paypal - got limited and appeal denied

I did a stupid thing, listed some items on a ebay account with 11+ feedbacks and got limited after receiving fist or second payment, then sent paypal all information they wanted and got limitation removed.
But last week I listed some things again from under another ebay account with positive feedbacks also and requested money to same paypal account, it was limited again and this time limiation was a harder one, after providing all documents on saturday and sunday on monday morning my paypal appeal was denied.
So what did I do wrong? There has to be a separate paypal account for every ebay account?
Correct?

They just don't like what you sell. That's all.

Got nothing to do with selling on 1 account per 1 paypal.

I have multiple accounts feeding funds to a single paypal account.

It's always to do with what you are selling.

Like James said they don't like what you sell. Or they don't like the seller. Meaning you need to grow up a bit in their eyes. Sometimes you can see other sellers listing the same item and having hundreds or even thousands of sales but you get banned right after listing the same item.
Start slow. Sell non high risk items, small quantities.

One of the way these limitations occur is Ebay sending requests to PP to have them check you. If you make a new account and sell some legit items Ebay might still ask PP to check you. But if you provide them with the info they ask and you've got legit invoices you should be good to go. This checkup shouldn't repeat unless you try to sell some shady stuff.

Did the accounts have an ein already attached? Were they business accounts?

The link you are creating between all the accounts is not great

Do you have multiple accts on EBAY sending to same paypal? Do they send to different emails that are attached to same, or the same email.

I have found best to start with selling safe items non questionable and switch after have done 3-5 legit items before you list your normal items and I have found best to have feedbacks over 25 before higher risk items or higher risk categories......not sure why 25 is the magic number.

Can you list your item in another category to stealth the nature until your feedbacks are up?

Not worth ANY requests for documents.....once you land there your days are numbered IMO. You may get buy short term but it seems your account gets a classification that changes limits etc going forward.
