Massive Paypal Locks

Dear

I've been seeing this pattern months ago cad 15 days paypal makes massive account blocking
massive blockages occur every 12 to 15 and 28 to 31 of each
I wanted to limit my contribution to this forum.

OP - havnt noticed any such pattern myself. Theres always a definite reason behind such paypal limitations and they usually don't wait to do a 'sweep' when they limit accounts cause the account in question might cause more problems than paypal would want meaning they would limit accounts as soon as they consider them problematic.
