Paypal Account Limited and is asking me to show proof ?
 

I just sold my first item on ebay , it's a used car part around $1,500 and found out I just got paypal limited. The email reads :

Aug. 20, 2009: Our system found unusual activity associated with your PayPal and eBay accounts that present a potential high riskrisk

and it's asking me to

Begin a limitation review

Date Limited Required Response

Aug. 20, 2009 Proof of Address Waiting for your response

Aug. 20, 2009 Supplier Contact Info Waiting for your response

Aug. 20, 2009 Update phone numbers Waiting for your response

Aug. 20, 2009 Provide proof of delivery Waiting for your response

Do i have to do all of the above ?? I'm using a stealth acct. (with a Fxkx name and can't send them the proof with utility bills with my address n name . Also supplier contact info ? It's a used car part off my car .. how can i get info for that ?

any suggestions ? if not , I'm just going to refund the customer ... please help ! many thanks in advance

So they're not asking you for social security number though!? That's weird. You're lucky!

If you can afford to ship to the customer then give pp all that they are asking for - there are certain programs to use. About the supplier info you can email or call them to explain. All they saw was alot of money in an new account and that raised a flag.

You limitation should be an easy fix. Search the forum for related problems and how to fix.
