Money not released after 180 days, all documents being refused
 

Usually, PayPal just lets the money out after 180 days. But this time they did not. They asked for NEW ID and PoA! Sent them the same photograph of the ID, that once was used to remove aftersale limitation from the account and was perfectly accepted, but this time it was refused! And account was limited for another 180 days! After these another 180 days (2 x 180 days passed already), I've sent them another form of ID, another PoA... again, refused, they just keep telling "please send us another ID". There are no any other forms of ID here. What to do? Maybe, sending real non-creative doc of completely different person will work? As how can I provide another form of ID, as all existing forms were refused...

You called Paypal Ireland?
Do not call there, there are almost no friendly customer service representatives.
The only solution is to call paypal USA limitation department
Lately there has been massive calling to PP USA, right now only sundays I have gotten to talk to that department. On other days you can be on hold many hours and not even get any help. Or if you call right when they open on any day then you can get that representative on the phone also.

Yes I called Ireland, and messaged them via PP messages. They just require ID and refuse it. When I try sending another one - also refused. They even refuse PoA. Not sure what they don't like.Nothing changes since the initial limitation that was lifted wit the same docs, and then none of them work...

There is no guarantee payments will be released after 180 days now.

Keep trying different methods until you get somewhere, meanwhile get back on ebay and paypal with fresh stealth accounts.

For sure, but for me it is a first time I see PP just stealing the money. As they do not accept even legit docs.

I already told you it is better to call Paypal USA
I have some limited accounts with 180 days limited coming up also.
I will not call paypal Ireland when I have any problem with them.

So weird. They refused docs, I sent them a question like WTF, and they silently accepted them.

got the same situation many times.

PayPal first accept docs to remove 2500€ receiving limit.

But after 180 days they wont accept them anymore.

Happens to my lativia account. Last time when its limited i provided creative ids and its lifted... but last time after 180 days nothing.They even reply to my msgs which i sent via paypal messages. its getting hard everyday. Guess they are super strict due to wars and everything,

I don't think the same person looks at the docs. A professional that doesn't have an eagle eye for spotting creative docs will pass your EU limits. But when you get limited in the future for whatever reason it may just be bad luck that the person looking at the docs after 180 days at that time can spot creative docs so therefore refuses it. And then when you continue to harass and ask questions ANOTHER agent that isn't that good at spotting creatives releases your payment ...

It's all speculation ufcourse, but makes sense to me.

Anyway, sending them very good document over and over does the trick - they finally accept it.

My lad has a PayPal account he's only 13, he sold something for me as I was close to my selling limit on my eBay account. At the time I hadn't realised he needed to.be 18 to use PayPal, unknown to.me my.lad had put his DoB as 1972

So the item sold for £1500, and the buyer paid. My lad went to withdraw the transfer the money to me, or withdraw the money to his bank to transfer to.me. PayPal limited his account and I had to send in ID and Bank.account photos.

With my lad only being 13 he didn't have a Driving License, so I got creative with photoshop. PayPal PayPal the suspended the account and I have had to wait 180 days which expired on the 31st August.

We have gone to withdraw the funds again, PayPal has asked for photo ID and bank statement again. which I have sent off.

PayPal never got back to.me so I had to call them. I received an email from them saying that the driving license was not acceptable, can I send in a photo of passport. Not sure if they check the Driver License number as that was made up.

Not sure what's best to do, get creative again with Photoshop or just come clean to PayPal and say what I have done. The account was verified to.my lads bank account..

What do people suggest...

UK drivers can be easily checked AFAIK. Especially by companies like PP. So I suggest going creative with another form of ID.

I have absolutely lost my faith in PP that they have some sort of order in their actions - it is literally a chaos they have there. And it means that everything can be sorted, you just need to fight very hard (except permlimits, of course).

I called and inadvertently was switched to Ireland back in 2016. My account need id verification and i somehow managed to talk the guy into releasing the hold. About 1 week later this account went into limitations with ALL docs required! Luckily i didn't have any money tied up in it.
