IP address of hotspot when traveling

Hi all,

I have a few eBay stealth accounts. I am going to Mexico for 2 months. I have opened the Verizon TravelPass to use data in Mexico.

While my eBay/paypal account connects to the hotspot, my IP address shows I am in USA?

I don't want to use VPN/PROXY. Any good solution when traveling? I don't mind the fee.
