New Paypal Limited after two payments
 

Hi dear friends, please help, I created a new Ghost Paypal account 5 days ago and received two payments from eBay, they limited my account in the second Payment, I do drop shipping from a store and now they are requesting me this:

Upload a photo ID
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier
Provide information on account activity

My questions are:

1-Do they accept an expired passport? because that's what I have.
2-Can I provide the real receipt I have from the store I buy from (showing shipping address to my customers) or do I have to provide an invoice where it shows up those products were shipped to my address and with a reasonable amount of products (example 10 units)?.

1-expired passport may work,not everyone is anxious to renew passport if they have no travel plan in near future
2- store recipt showing your buyer address is proof you are doing retail arbitrage,a NO NO on ebay,not sure about Paypal ,I dont think it cares?

An expired passport will not work, ID must be current. As for providing store receipts, this also will not work. Your receipts must be from an authorized distributor, and best if it shows product shipped to your home, they hate dropshing! You could get creative and send them what they are asking for, but sadly I'd say that your account is dead. Best to spend your time and money creating new accounts. Learn from the mistakes you made on this one to avoid having this problem with the next one.

why should Paypal hate dropshipping or in his case it is retail arbitrage.
AMZN and Ebay hate it,but Paypal is a payment processor,why would Paypal HATES retail arbitrage?

I believe PayPal hates it because there is a higher percentage of returns and chargebacks associated with dropshipping. Especially when items ships from China as long delivery times create unhappy customers. Even though PayPal is just a "payment processor ", they sometimes ask for invoices, bank statements, etc. from sellers as security measures sniff out risk. Relying on a dropshipper to insure orders are packed well, acurate and shipped on time vs. a seller that made the inventory investment, ships everyday, packs well and cares about their business makes a big difference in customer satisfaction.

expired passport will not work

how much did you receive?

if you have to buy new documents, i think it would be cheaper to just create a new paypal account and start receiving small amounts first, then after a few weeks you can go higher slowly

They won't accept an expired ID of any kind. They have rejected mine for this reason.

plenty of internet sellers dispose their new or used items and accept paypal payment.
many dont have receipts.
if they do,it would be a retail receipt.
you can show a store receipt ,no need to show where it is shipped t o.

Thank you all for your advise, I modified the exp date and re converted the file to another pdf file with PDF24 program to remove meta data, did the same with the receipt showing shipped to my address, and sent them to paypal, received a message that my paypal account is suspended forever, I don't know how and why they rejected them, because everything is looks perfect....

You sent them your store receipt showing the store shipping to your customers? Instant kill for any PayPal account everytime.

The fact you removed or fiddled with the metadata is a red flag into itself. Companies like eBay and PayPal have software they can instantly detect such changes. It also looks for abnormalities in the pixel arrangement within the image. This means if you try and photoshop to change some info and don't do a very good job at it, the software can detect those variations.

It's going to get a lot more difficult to pull the wool over their eyes with phake documents, but it can still be done in some cases.
