Paypal wants documents
 

My paypal account was limited and paypal is asking me to supply, Utility bill, Drivers License. this is a stealth account. is there any way to get around this? thanks

Thanks GreenBean, but lets say i do all this, do they call to verify the info and account number with the phone company? and do i need to black out the account number/DL number? thanks

Black out the account and DL numbers. PP does not have time to verify all the info submitted to them. In cases where they are extremely suspicious, they will attempt to confirm info. But if it is good at face value, they rubber stamp it.

No calls are usually made. Yep, black out all what you need to black out to protect your privacy;)

Black an White. 150dpi or worse - not better.

My favorite thing is to scan the documents, redact the info, print the modified document, pour an ashtray out on it, set a dripping coffee cup on that, shake it off, lay it on saran wrap, and rescan the mess at 100 dpi, then send to them.
