PayPal temporarily limited and asks me for documents

It is worth noting that my provider is a person who creates the accounts and sells them to me, and I resell them on eBay.

I was selling microsoft office accounts several times without any problem. Today, I had two sales of 20 accounts each and today at dawn I checked my paypal and I got this message.

HOW TO SOLVE IT?

How do I provide this information if my provider is a natural person and not a company? Is there any solution? PayPal doesn't tell me that it limits me for 180 days, is there a solution?

I don't see your question in the post. With this kind of request from PP and the sale of risky digital items (let alone Microsoft office accounts....), I wouldn't expect reinstatement even if the documents are provided.

You must provide them with what they are asking for. That said, Microsoft products can only be sold if you are an authorized distributor and can only sold through approved channels, so ⊗⊗⊗⊗ photoshop documents most likely will fail. If you don't or can't provide PayPal with what they are asking for, your restitution will simply turn into a ban with a 180 day hold on your money.

Do you think paypal realizes that I sell microsoft accounts on ebay? Or was it just because I put in a lot of money in less than 24 hours?

Only PayPal could answer this question as only they know. My guess is that the spike in dollars set off a security BOT resulting in a manual review in which they discovered what you are selling. Just a guess though. Both PayPal and Ebay have big lists of no-no's and I believe Microsoft ranks right up there with Apple and Nike.

Putting a lot of money in a short period of time surely triggers a temporary limitation, especially if your account is new.

Of course paypal knows what you sell on eBay, if you check the details on a sale you got on eBay through PayPals dashboard, under the customers data you'll see a clickable link to the item you sold.

Paypal now has a massive raid in different countries. And he doesn’t care what you sold or whether you sold at all. Today I have many accounts requested documents and were limited. Tomorrow I’ll send it and see what happens. But as my experience shows, these accounts will be blocked for 180 days

Yep, Massive raid..

I get these restrictions on new accounts of the last 2 months ...
How not to get this restriction after 2-3 sales? If I receive these payments with Ebay it isn’t possible to recover it. my one account (RUS PP) received restrictions after the buyer sent the money without Ebay. I got restrictions and successfully removed it. But otherwise 180 days hold ...

I've had so many accounts frozen on this. Really hope someone has an answer soon.
