Paypal limited
I have negative balance now even though I sold an item on ebay. I should have positive balance because I sold an item on ebay, the buyer already received the item and most of the time after the buyer received it the money should be available in my paypal. I have this message on my paypal. “ Because you receive payment for goods or services through PayPal, you must verify your U.S. taxpayer status. Take action now to avoid additional limitations to your account.” Its asking for my ssn and itin. How can I resolve that when they ask for the ssn and itin? |
