paypal limited - last step !! Invoice help!

hey guys, my paypal account got limited for awhile now, i have bascially provided EVERY single infomation required, even with the inventory stock pictures. They still required me to provide them an invoice, the thing is my supplier is in Asia, and im selling DVD box sets. How would i escape from the hassle of telling them that my supplier is actually in china??? I have made my "own" invoice with some chinese company, but i'm not an expert i.
Thanks

google a business on what ever item your selling and make an invoice under there name... paypal wont verify anything unless its a high risk item...

Kitjaii 08-28-2009 12:10 AM

i'm not sure whats consider high risk item, such as iphones.. but i'm pretty sure DVD set boxes are high risk: heres what they said:

We appreciate your interest in PayPal; however, our decision to leave youraccount in a permanent limitation status is final. PayPal reserves the right to limit access to any account reported to beinvolved in possible fraudulent or high risk behavior. In the event of adispute, PayPal will seek to recover the funds from you by debiting yourPayPal balance and, if there are not sufficient funds in your PayPalbalance, PayPal reserves the right to collect your debt to PayPal by anyother legal means. Due to the potential risk of chargebacks and other risks of fundsreversals, your balance will be held 180 days from the date the limitationwas originally placed on your account. At that time, any remaining fundswill be available for withdrawal.

Do you guys think making my invoices will still work?

THanks

:pout: Not really likely that the invoices will work. paypal put people thro' this garbage....supply everything but still keep the account limited.

Now you wait. Make sure that you keep the bank account attached to the paypal open. Funds will go into it when the times is over.

Same thing happened to me. Just waiting the 180 day period to get my money out.
Just opened a new ebay account everything great so far

Time to move on and start new account. I would suggest quit selling Chinese DVDs. Ther are a huge red flag. Pretty much all of these are illegal copies. I know the stories about "import" versions. They are not true.

Import DVD = copyright infringement = eBay suspension = PayPal limitation

I agree, I would be careful selling Chinese DVDs, you will find your accounts limited and potentially losing a lot of money as a result.

thanks guys for the input, should i still give it a try or just give up from here knowing the fact that providing the invoice is no help, i got $600 stuck in my account as of now. I have called them about a month ago explaining the situation, they told me to provide the invoice, once they review it they will clear my account, so iv been trying to find a legit dvd company to help me write one just incase they do contact my supplier. I have supplied pictures of my inventory proof to make them feel more comfotable. If anybody can suggest anything:noidea:
Thanks
