At least on my account. I lucked out and actually talked to a person with a soul:) He said they don't take pre paid accounts and that was why it was limited. He said the "suspicious activity" email was sent to everyone with a metabank and that it didn't necessarily mean that was the case. He lifted my limitation and made it to where noone else would limit it and gave me until Sept. 5th to add and "real" bank account. I don't know if this is going to happen to everyone but that's my story. Now I just have to find a real bank.

On a similar note, I added a metabank bank to one of my Paypal accounts and I got a call asking me various questions. I answered them all, and then she said she would remove my bank. I had a withdrawal in progress at the time, so the bank didn't get removed until after it was complete.

It all depends on what ur saleing for them to call u! I have never had any problems with metabank or even greendot now days. And paypal dosent like pre paid accounts but if your a legit seller there not going to think any thing about it just think of how many americans use Rushcard Netpsend and Greendot cards as bank for paypal. I remeberd when GD launch back 3-4 years ago i used them on paypal and others 2 and pp didnt like this and blocked the greendot accounts but now days you can use them on paypal again :) I help my cuz just the other day add a greendot to his pp bank account.

In reality if your saleing high risk high $ high kockoff value items then you might have problems when useing prepaid banks but if your saling these items u can always count on haveing pp problems.

But if your saleing every day nick naks and yard sale finds then there not going to give 2 craps that your useing a prepaid bank on pp.

It all depends on what you are selling ... I go through tons of "test accounts" and hae learned not to fool with prepaid banks ESP metabank when selling high risk items

yeah high risk items keeps you under ebay and paypals mircosope. Same thing would happen if u was moveing alot of dough through a bank sysytem they would be watching your account more closely.

That is why i belive my ING was closed cause i ran alot of money through there as to others said they use it just to verfiy paypal with stelth names low $ amounts and ing never closed them out.

but it dosent really matter if u use a real bank or a prepaid bank high risk items = limted sooner or later and then pp wants you id verfied.
